📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across multiple business units and legal entities • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy • Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and separations • Own the performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting, reviews, calibration, performance improvement plans, and manager coaching • Advise leaders on employment practices and compliance across multiple countries • Build and scale engagement, retention, and workforce-planning HR programs across entities • Analyze turnover, engagement, and performance metrics to recommend interventions • Partner with Total Rewards and Payroll on competitive and compliant compensation and benefits • Coach and develop people managers on leadership, feedback, and change management • Support integration of acquired teams and reinforce company values • Lead or support cross-entity HR projects and initiatives • Partner on M&A activity, including integration planning and harmonization of people practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience • At least 2–3 years supporting multi-entity, multi-country, or otherwise complex organizations • Demonstrated experience leading employee relations investigations and complex performance management processes • Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance across the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand, or a strong track record of quickly building fluency in new jurisdictions • Experience partnering with senior leaders at Director level and above as a strategic HR advisor • Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced, acquisitive, private equity-backed environment • Final candidate must be able to pass a background check • Preferred: experience in private equity-backed, holding company, or multi-business-unit environments • Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification • Preferred: M&A activity, integration planning, and harmonizing HR practices post-acquisition • Preferred: standardizing HR policies, processes, or HRIS systems across acquired entities • Preferred: familiarity with payroll, benefits, and compensation structures across North America, the UK, and ANZ • Preferred: background in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries
