📋 Description

• Manage and support payroll processes from start to finish • Maintain accurate employee and payroll records • Deal with payroll and HR queries • Process starters, leavers, salary changes, holiday and absence information • Support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes • Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy at all times • Work closely with management, employees and external payroll providers • Support the ongoing improvement of HR and payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in HR and payroll is essential • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation • Highly organised with the ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills • Confident using HR, payroll and Microsoft Office systems • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information • A qualification in HR would be a strong advantage
