📋 Description

• Provide advice and guidance to Store Operations Leaders on employee relations, employee development, policy compliance, recruitment, and training • Promote an agile, performance-driven culture • Lead and resolve workplace investigations while complying with applicable laws and regulations • Coordinate the workplace claims process with employees and management • Support Health & Safety initiatives, disability management, accessibility, and accommodation processes • Coach and develop Operations teams on performance expectations, development plans, career growth, and learning opportunities • Ensure policy compliance within US regions by reviewing and adapting policies and delivering coaching or training • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives • Update policies and procedures regularly • Help create and implement a long-term Human Resource vision, strategy, and tactics • Use data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues • Partner with hiring leads on talent sourcing and acquisition, including job descriptions, postings, interviewing, and onboarding • Support successful hiring and selection for Activate store locations • Track hiring-process efficiencies and measure candidate hiring success • Use the HRIS system to manage the hiring process and candidate pool

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field • 5+ years of related HR work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • In-depth experience with multiple states employment requirements including California employment • Proven ability to conduct thorough workplace investigations • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships • Quick learner, creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented • Strong ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities • Experience adapting to new technologies • Hands-on experience across HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
