• 8+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required • 4+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or equivalent required • Experience in a healthcare industry preferred • Experience working in a multi-state organization preferred • Human Resources certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, and internal complaint investigations • Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, compliance, and practices • Working knowledge of developing, executing, and maintaining Human Resources projects and programs • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) • Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) • Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, counseling, investigation, research, conflict resolution, multitasking, prioritization, independent work, business acumen, attention to detail, and adaptability skills
