⢠Build business partner relationships with executives, management, and teams ⢠Understand business goals and challenges and develop solutions for systemic issues ⢠Advise executives and support management teams on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, training, and development ⢠Analyze HR trends and metrics, conduct exit interviews, and review turnover and engagement data ⢠Partner with practice leaders to develop consistent people solutions, programs, and policies ⢠Advise, influence, and coach leaders to support a diverse, inclusive, productive, and high-integrity workplace ⢠Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning ⢠Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues ⢠Support managers with performance improvement plans and involuntary terminations ⢠Conduct complex employee relations investigations and recommend or implement actions ⢠Collaborate with business leaders on employee development and talent planning ⢠Assist with annual reviews and employee development plans ⢠Develop strategies to leverage HR tools, including UKG HCM ⢠Produce HR-related information for practices or disciplines during the RFP process ⢠Maintain knowledge of employee-management legal requirements and partner with the legal department ⢠Lead HR team projects, managing schedules, resources, accountability, processes, and timelines ⢠Collaborate with project managers to plan, drive, and monitor projects ⢠Identify and implement process improvements ⢠Monitor project status, manage issues, and escalate when appropriate
⢠Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience ⢠Minimum of 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues ⢠SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI certification ⢠Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and state and federal employment laws ⢠Professional and consultative approach with executives, leaders, management, and employees at all levels ⢠Strong ability to influence decisions, build alignment, and drive outcomes ⢠Strong communication skills ⢠Previous experience with organizational design ⢠Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and diplomatically ⢠Ability to manage and follow through on multiple priorities and assignments ⢠Ability to be flexible while maintaining appropriate boundaries ⢠Strong judgment and adaptability in ambiguous and variable environments ⢠Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy ⢠Ability to work remotely
