• Build solid relationships with business and functional leaders and serve as the main point of contact for HR • Serve as the main HR contact for functional leaders up through VP-level, their teams, and all levels of employees and management staff • Champion change, build organizational trust, and promote a positive workplace culture • Partner and communicate regularly with leadership on trends • Provide coaching and guidance regarding policy and procedure interpretation/application, coaching and corrective action, leaves of absence, development plans, and terminations • Review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies and procedures • Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on escalated cases • Create and maintain workforce staffing plans with leaders • Manage recruiting efforts with the Talent Acquisition COE • Partner with Total Rewards COE on benefits and compensation policies, procedures, programs, and communications • Provide guidance on benefits and compensation strategy planning and administration • Develop programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction • Lead talent management events, including succession planning, with HR and leadership • Deliver orientation/onboarding materials and leadership and compliance training • Oversee performance management, employee reviews, evaluations, and calibration discussions • Develop strong relationships across the organization to strengthen HR involvement • Perform all other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required • Master’s or law degree highly preferred • 8+ years in HR management, preferably within a high-growth, fast paced environment • Innovative, strategic thinker who can effectively leverage data to improve efficiency in a production-focused operational environment • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, specifically in organizational design/structure, People program development and implementation, and/or People service delivery • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in business partnering with senior business leaders and global counterparts • Strong knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local employment laws • Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations • Ability to develop and execute a proactive employee strategy focused on building leadership skills to promote employee engagement • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Sound judgment and fair, ethical conduct with respect to employee relations and a highly diverse employee population • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
