📋 Description

• Write, create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including user documentation, system manuals, white papers, design specifications, and online help • Create KeyStone user documentation, how-to guides, instruction manuals, charts, graphs, and forms • Arrange production and distribution of documented material • Track documentation progress in JIRA • Provide input for the documentation roadmap • Review, edit, and update existing documentation • Research KeyStone and consult documentation and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy • Produce or integrate visuals into documentation • Organize information for efficient compilation • Develop and maintain knowledge of the KeyStone system and Confluence • Test new software against published capabilities and documentation • Recommend improvements to the KeyStone system • Contribute to Confluence documentation initiatives and provide input on its architecture and design • Assist users with basic Confluence functionality and troubleshooting • Collaborate with Education to publish eLearning materials • Respond accurately and promptly to documentation questions and requests • Work with other departments to document internal instructions • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Up to one year of similar or related experience • A college degree in a non-technical discipline, or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs, or in-depth industry and job-specific technical skills acquired through formal instruction and on-the-job training • Excellent writing and composition skills • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate projects • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to understand and convey technical information • Good analytical and research skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to consistently apply styles and formats and follow template rules • Solid problem-solving skills • Ability to use a PC, Internet, and related software programs • Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy when working with internal and external contacts
