📋 Description

• Independently manage and provide technical support for 5–10 enterprise customer relationships • Act as a trusted advisor on platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and help shape the product roadmap • Align business requirements with product capabilities and proactively drive adoption • Coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support, and Product teams • Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and workshops to align on the roadmap • Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs, and derive recommendations for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable qualification • More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, with SaaS platforms, or in digital consulting • Proven experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant • Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures, including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations • Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (microservices, API-first, cloud-native) • Strong ability to read architecture diagrams and API documentation, and experience working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks • Experience with platform migrations and pre- and post-sales consulting; knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus is a plus
