📋 Description

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with established enterprise accounts • Anticipate customer needs and solve critical pain points to drive satisfaction and retention • Deliver online education sessions and interactive workshops • Maximize active product usage across client teams • Leverage usage analytics to inform account decisions and identify risks • Uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities with Account Managers • Synthesize customer feedback and industry trends for Product Management • Help shape workflow enhancements and product roadmaps • Support and mentor team members by sharing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or product training roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Ability to rapidly master trademark solutions and address complex workflows and operational challenges • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Confidence hosting interactive webinars, facilitating meetings, and presenting to key stakeholders • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint • Openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and drive data-informed decisions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt as priorities evolve
