• Prepare business units and manufacturing sites for successful ERP implementation and sustained adoption • Own the ERP business-readiness workstream across process readiness, data governance, training, documentation, go-live preparation, and stabilization • Stabilize ERP-related operations and document and improve the SAP Business One environment • Develop current-state process and data baselines to evaluate potential SaaS ERP solutions • Map processes, data, roles, controls, reports, and procedures between SAP Business One and the future ERP solution • Lead cross-functional ERP process-discovery and future-state design workshops • Identify process, data, documentation, and support gaps and coordinate stabilization actions • Maintain process inventories, requirements, data profiles, reporting needs, demonstration scripts, and traceability records • Develop readiness frameworks, site assessments, readiness plans, scorecards, action registers, milestones, and go-live criteria • Establish data-governance practices and coordinate profiling, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration signoff • Develop training strategies and coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer programs • Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, checklists, user guides, and knowledge-base content • Measure readiness and adoption and address resistance, shadow systems, and recurring user errors • Coordinate user acceptance testing, business cutover, rehearsals, go/no-go reviews, and unresolved-risk visibility • Develop and coordinate hypercare, support channels, triage, escalation, reporting, and stabilization exit criteria • Coordinate users, site leaders, IT, functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners during go-live and stabilization • Monitor issues, coordinate corrective actions, track stabilization metrics, and transition to ongoing support • Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned to future deployment waves
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, operations, finance, supply chain, organizational change, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Five or more years of process management experience in a manufacturing environment in Materials Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Operational Finance • Three or more years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, business process transformation, change management, or a related discipline • Direct exposure to at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, including process discovery, future-state design, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization • Ability and willingness to travel to implementation sites during critical project phases • Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis • Personal protective equipment may be required in designated areas or for specific tasks • May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch • Regular exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment • Occasional off-hours or weekend work required as needed • Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment • Successful completion of a post-offer background check • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required for positions subject to ITAR/EAR restrictions • Must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization • Employment eligibility under E-Verify and Right to Work rules
