📋 Description

• Develop, test, modify, and support deployment of assigned software applications and integrations • Apply established integration patterns, coding standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines • Use approved AI development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting • Develop working knowledge of back-office ERP, finance systems, and related business processes • Review and clarify technical requirements with business partners and senior technical team members • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test plans, and implementation materials • Investigate and resolve moderately complex application and integration issues • Escalate novel, high-risk, or architecture-related issues to senior engineers or technical leadership • Follow change-control procedures and coordinate testing and implementation with business and IT teams • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user instructions, and training materials • Organize assigned work across multiple projects and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to project and technical leads • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required • Knowledge in the use of AI development tools • Experience developing technical solutions across multiple technologies, such as Microsoft .NET and SQL Server • Experience with AWS Aurora databases is a plus • Experience with all aspects of the technical project lifecycle, from requirements through design and deployment • Experience supporting financial applications (AP, AR, GL) is a plus • 2-4+ years of professional software development experience with SQL databases • Knowledge of cloud-based design principles • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • High proficiency in managing multiple workstreams across several internal groups • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Positive, results-oriented attitude • Ability to understand complex business details inherent in technical solutions • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Proactive communication on the status of critical workstreams • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
