📋 Description

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in day-to-day activities • Collaborate with internal product development, operations, and client services groups and external clients to complete implementations • Ensure all parties are engaged and informed about the implementation process and operational status • Define and lead the creation of project implementation plans • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the process improvement team • Monitor complex operational reporting and facilitate resolution of delivery issues • Mentor staff to maximize performance and potential • Monitor team members’ job satisfaction and morale • Handle remote project collaboration to execute milestones and tasks • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience • 2 years of experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally • 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation efforts simultaneously • 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports and realigning delivery to target performance • 2 years of experience working within an enterprise change management process • Ability to oversee client implementation efforts and coordinate solutions across cross-functional groups • Excellent verbal and written communication and results-oriented leadership skills • Ability to build successful teams in a time-critical environment • Ability to monitor progress and meet specific deadlines • Experience reporting project status to executive-level stakeholders • Preferred: healthcare industry experience • Preferred: strong understanding of software development life cycles • Preferred: knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, and CMS Stars • Preferred: basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and medical claims processing • Preferred: PMP certification • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience leading projects and/or client implementations • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
