📋 Description

• Support and enhance high-quality software modules for the Cotiviti product suite • Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from internal or external customers • Document application specifications, design, features, and operation before production rollout • Execute solution enhancements to improve performance and availability • Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership in a timely manner • Ensure adherence to technology standards while developing systems • Explore new ideas and make innovative contributions to processes or systems that improve efficiency and results • Continuously improve knowledge of technologies selected and integrated into the Cotiviti product suite • Execute all appropriate facets of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle • Mentor other developers • Complete responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan • Complete special projects and other assigned duties • Collaborate with senior developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience • Optimization and tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers • 4-5 years' experience with Java or Python • 4-5 years' experience with Appian or Cloudera Hadoop • 4-5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server, HBASE, or Hive • 4-5 years' experience with web services using Java/Spring Boot • Strong knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices, preferred • Proficiency working with large data sets • Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making • Attention to detail across code, data, and deliverables • Strong analytical and statistical methods • Ability to extract actionable insights from data, metrics, and visualizations • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver under pressure • Ability to handle data responsibly and uphold engineering and ethical standards • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area with reliable high-speed internet • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
