• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and make client needs central to priorities and decisions • Own client relationships on behalf of the company and advocate for client needs internally • Protect the revenue stream and support client and revenue retention • Identify interest in additional products, harvest additional accounts, and expand or upsell product functionality • Collaborate with other Performance Managers to provide seamless experiences for clients with multiple products • Manage the progress and results of assigned accounts within the client portfolio • Conduct onsite visits and virtual screen-share engagements to increase product utilization and improve client business processes • Work with at-risk clients to identify problems and develop action plans to retain relationships • Identify barriers and core problems preventing clients from meeting business objectives • Apply problem-solving skills and strategic insight to accomplish client goals • Guide clients in using and leveraging product capabilities • Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to adjust dealer expectations, goals, and objectives • Monitor system red flags and emergencies and take immediate action • Improve existing processes and systems during client engagements • Maintain product knowledge, including new product releases and enhancements • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field • Alternative qualifications accepted: master's degree and 2 years' experience; Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field • Valid driver's license required • Safe driver • At least 3 years’ recent retail automotive experience preferred • Proven ability to influence change inside a dealership preferred • Direct experience desking deals in a retail automotive environment preferred • Working knowledge and experience in retail automotive and software utilization preferred • Proficient in Microsoft suite of technologies, screen share technologies, and other relevant software systems preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels at an automotive dealership or dealer group preferred • Ability to retain audience engagement preferred • Exceptional listening skills and ability to detect problems or risks remotely preferred • Ability to ask open-ended questions to provoke thoughtful disruption preferred • Ability to work remotely and nearly autonomously under moderate supervision preferred • Ability to follow department standard practices and procedures preferred • Desire to work collaboratively through remote technologies preferred • Ability and eagerness to learn complex technology and basic understanding of web-based systems preferred • Ability to travel potentially up to 50%, including in-market, overnight, and occasional weekend travel • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
