📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Managers and hourly retail employees across the district • Use business metrics and sales trends to set clear goals and drive measurable improvement in each store • Partner with the Restaurant District Manager counterpart to align on guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards • Analyze inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion to maximize profitability • Regularly visit each store in the district to assess performance, ensure operational excellence, and support the team firsthand • Maintain a healthy profit/loss ratio in every gift shop by managing expenses and identifying growth opportunities • Drive operational excellence, support store performance, and develop future leaders across multiple stores

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience • At least 2 years of Retail Management experience at Cracker Barrel • Willing and able to travel within your assigned district • Willing and able to work holidays and weekends as needed • Ability to build strong teams through coaching, accountability, and inspiration • Ability to think big-picture while staying grounded in the details • Ability to turn data into action and action into results • Leadership with hospitality, integrity, and a people-first mindset
