📋 Description

• Own commercialization, marketing strategy, and adoption for pricing, profitability, and transaction-enablement products • Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, and revenue growth • Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and business performance to identify adoption barriers and value opportunities • Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and recommend actions to improve business outcomes • Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging • Translate complex financial, operational, and technical concepts into clear customer benefits • Create customer-facing narratives and ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, training, and customer communications • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for products, enhancements, pilots, and strategic initiatives • Develop launch plans, adoption strategies, enablement materials, and customer communication programs • Support sales and customer-facing teams with training, messaging, and value-selling tools • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into recommendations for Product and business leadership • Define and track KPIs for product adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and launch effectiveness • Use data-driven experimentation and testing to optimize commercialization strategies • Develop reporting and insights for ongoing business decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline • Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex products or services • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations • Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, including H-1B/H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders • Strong product marketing expertise, including positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience with customer research, market analysis, and competitor analysis is preferred • Experience marketing financial services, fintech, SaaS, B2B technology, automotive, lending, insurance, or other complex products is preferred
