📋 Description

• Establish and execute the AI roadmap for a designated portfolio of Crescent-managed hotels • Identify AI opportunities with the greatest potential business impact • Work across Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology • Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for AI, automation, data, or process redesign • Determine whether solutions should be built, bought, configured, or integrated • Lead initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization • Partner with technology teams on systems, integrations, data, security, and governance • Translate hotel operators' business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions • Ensure introduced solutions are adopted and used • Discover new AI opportunities beyond currently identified use cases • Deliver measurable outcomes including increased revenue, productivity, improved labor deployment, faster decision-making, reduced administrative work, better guest experiences, empowered associates, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of AI and ability to evaluate whether AI, automation, data, process redesign, or a combination is the right solution • Experience with generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, and emerging AI platforms • Ability to build business cases, evaluate technologies and vendors, lead cross-functional implementation, drive organizational adoption, and measure ROI • Experience driving AI or digital transformation in complex, multi-unit businesses • Ability to work with executives and operators to understand business challenges and manual processes • Hospitality experience would be valuable, but is not stated as required
