• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; 8+ years preferred • Concrete estimating experience • Quality focused • Tilt-up and commercial flatwork experience preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong budget and documentation skills • Vendor relationship management experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus Adobe • Working knowledge of construction scheduling • Ability to develop and manage teams • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and make strong decisions • Current driver’s license • Travel less than 25%, with potential travel to meetings and job sites as needed • Must pass physical exam • Must be a US Citizen
