📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Build user interfaces for contact center agents, administrators, and operational teams • Develop reusable components and maintain consistent application design and behavior • Translate business and technical requirements into working application features • Improve existing applications based on user feedback, performance, and changing business needs • Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes • Integrate React applications with REST APIs and other web services • Connect applications with contact center platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications • Handle application data, authentication, error handling, and system responses • Build simple, intuitive, efficient, responsive, accessible, and usable interfaces • Reduce unnecessary steps, duplicate data entry, and manual processes • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical design discussions • Develop unit and component tests and support integration testing • Troubleshoot production issues and support application releases • Follow development, security, and change management practices • Use Git and established workflows to manage application changes • Support application monitoring, error handling, and performance improvements • Collaborate with the Contact Center Technology team, Product Management, business stakeholders, backend developers, integration teams, IVR/IVA developers, and platform administrators • Participate in planning discussions and provide development estimates • Communicate technical challenges, dependencies, and progress • Share technical knowledge and contribute to development standards and reusable components

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of professional frontend or web application development experience • Strong experience developing applications using React • Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and working with JSON data • Understanding of React component architecture, hooks, state management, and routing • Experience with Git and modern development workflows • Familiarity with application authentication, authorization, and secure development practices • Experience debugging applications and resolving technical issues • Ability to work independently while collaborating with other developers and business stakeholders • Experience developing enterprise applications or internal business tools preferred • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure App Service, or similar cloud hosting environments preferred • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect preferred • Familiarity with React libraries and frameworks such as Vite, Next.js, or similar technologies preferred • Experience with component libraries and design systems preferred • Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Playwright preferred • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments preferred • Familiarity with WebSockets, real-time application updates, or event-driven interfaces preferred • Experience integrating with contact center platforms such as Five9, NICE CXone, or Genesys preferred • Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, or customer service application preferred • Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies preferred
