📋 Description

• Manage daily operations, internal projects, deadlines, and team deliverables. • Maintain project boards, SOPs, and operational systems to improve efficiency. • Support team accountability through meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking. • Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, scheduling, calendar management, inbox, and Slack coordination. • Track KPIs, team performance, and operational metrics. • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. • Support social media management, including Canva designs (around 20 posts/month), captions, scheduling, and blog uploads through WordPress. • Provide LinkedIn, networking, outreach, and CRM support. • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and support lead nurturing. • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role supporting US-based clients. • Project Management experience preferred. • Experience in social media management, marketing support, and CRM tools. • Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, AI content tools, and scheduling platforms. • Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus. • Experience with outreach and networking support is preferred.
