📋 Description

• Lead the implementation team onboarding and integrating new ISV channel partners into the PayFac platform • Oversee partner implementation projects, including integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline management • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources • Optimize partner implementations for risk, security, and payment yields • Lead and coach professional services and technical implementation resources • Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to align onboarding plans with partner objectives • Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and resolve roadblocks cross-functionally • Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials • Track performance metrics for partner onboarding quality • Integrate AI into professional services team procedures • Create and maintain departmental procedures • Coordinate with Marketing on customer-facing materials • Serve as project manager on large or VIP projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment • 2+ years of experience managing a team • Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models • Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects • Strong understanding of project management tools and reporting components • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously • Minimal travel (<15%) could be required for company or client meetings • PMP certification preferred • Experience in fintech, payments or financial services preferred • Experience using teamwork.com as a project management tool preferred • Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML and other compliance standards preferred • Pre-existing legal authorization to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship
