📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, internal consulting, and innovation teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities across underwriting, claims, fraud, customer service, and operations • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and delivery roadmaps spanning AI, RPA, BPM, and PaaS solutions integrated with core policy, billing, and claims platforms • Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML and GenAI solutions at enterprise scale • Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training and validation, MLOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with technology teams to embed AI models into automated workflows and decisioning processes with reliability, auditability, and control • Define AI product vision, MVPs, backlogs, and scaling plans with product management and engineering teams • Guide adoption of cloud and PaaS platforms for AI and data solutions aligned with security, compliance, performance, and cost expectations • Implement responsible AI practices including explainability, bias and fairness testing, documentation, and ongoing model monitoring aligned with regulatory standards • Provide technical leadership for AI solution delivery at TruStage, an insurance and financial services organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience • 7+ years of experience across data science, software engineering, and/or solutions architecture • At least 3 years focused on AI/ML delivery • Ability to lead proofs of concept and pilots, validate feasibility and value, and transition solutions into production • Experience working in agile delivery models to define, prioritize, and deliver AI capabilities • Hands-on experience building AI and ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks • Ability to deploy models into production environments • Experience operationalizing scalable AI services integrated with enterprise systems and workflows • Experience designing and implementing GenAI and LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, evaluation, and guardrails • Data engineering and analytics foundation, including SQL, data modeling, and modern data platforms • Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure SDLC • Experience delivering solutions on major cloud platforms using managed AI/ML and PaaS services • Knowledge of API-based and event-driven architectures, containerization, and orchestration • Experience working in regulated industries, with understanding of enterprise data domains and governance • Resume required to apply
