📋 Description

• Lead and drive delivery of technical services program • Responsible for global engineering & operations program • Establish vision and strategy for Engineering & Operations service line • Create community of practice of technical resource leaders • Manage vendor teams delivering key initiatives • Identify opportunities for service quality, innovation, and process improvement • Manage sustainable performance measurement for internal benchmarking • Develop and maintain relationships with internal leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, Advanced degree strongly preferred • 15+ years in Facilities Engineering or technical services management • Demonstrated experience building global programs • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Black Belt Preferred • PE license preferred • Expertise with asset management/CMMS platforms • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
