📋 Description

• Support the Central Region business as a trusted advisor to regional leaders • Align people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, engagement, and growth • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies • Build succession pipelines and develop internal talent • Support workforce planning and organizational design • Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and risk mitigation • Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning • Partner with L&D to deliver learning solutions • Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies • Identify and address future talent gaps • Build relationships across business units and collaborate with Centers of Excellence • Co-create practical solutions for business needs • Use data and insights to inform decision-making • Lead cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset • Powerful influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to coach senior leaders • Proven ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization • Strong understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization • Analytical thinking and strong project management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Must live in Illinois, Missouri, or Texas • Up to 25% travel
