📋 Description

• Own the relationship with the broker • Build and maintain broker relationships for an exceptional client experience • Communicate and demonstrate Meritain's total cost of care through simplicity, transparency, and versatility • Provide relationship management and consultative services • Prepare and issue renewal proposals • Confirm sold proposals and plan changes • Ensure clients are up to date with compliance requirements • Manage Salesforce • Conduct virtual open enrollment meetings • Attend implementation calls • Produce stop-loss and ad-hoc reports • Upsell point solutions • Travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years Group Health employee benefit experience • Renewal process experience • 2-5 years Client Management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners, including underwriting, sales, operations, and business analytics • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners • Consistent follow-through on outstanding items through resolution • Accuracy in information shared internally and externally • Ability to participate in and/or host client meetings • Adherence to PHI and HIPPA policies • Health/Life Major Lines Producer License, or must obtain post-hire within 90 days • High School Diploma or GED • Stop-loss/Self-funded Health Insurance Plan experience preferred • Understanding of competitive environment and market opportunities preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred
