📋 Description

• Lead and oversee deployment and integration of advanced digital technologies for Aetna Health Customizations • Support plan sponsors and Book of Business products • Independently lead end-to-end implementation of digital technology solutions, including SSO and API integrations • Manage project requirements, documentation, facilitation, collaboration, testing, release, and support • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and align with organizational goals • Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot implementation issues • Ensure systems are integrated effectively and securely • Deliver digital enhancements that improve member experience, create operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • 5+ years of experience managing projects from discovery through implementation, delivery, and support • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong critical thinking and solutions-based problem-solving skills • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated relationship management skills • Experience in agile product development • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills • Healthcare industry knowledge • Technical skills involving SSO, API, and content management systems
