📋 Description

• Analyze and document business data and processes • Conduct root cause analysis • Create reports and other solutions to support business needs • Analyze and report on claim and encounter data • Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports on an ad hoc and production basis • Analyze data trends and anomalies impacting business success • Define, identify, develop, and implement system enhancements or modifications • Assist with development and prioritization of system updates • Execute test scripts and report outcomes or defects • Develop and modify queries, interpret results, and follow short- and long-term solutions through completion • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and remain responsible for results • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience • Experience writing complex SQL queries • Experience working in a data warehouse environment • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present information to various audiences • Strong collaboration skills within and across teams • Claims/Encounters experience in the healthcare industry • Proficiency in SQL, including writing and modifying queries and interpreting results • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop short- and long-term solutions • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for results • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • QNXT or Edifecs experience preferred • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files preferred • Experience with test script development and execution preferred • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
