📋 Description

• Administer FMLA, state-regulated, and company leave requests from initial request through return to work • Use the CVS Health myLeave platform and other HR systems to complete leave tasks and cases • Review ineligible leave requests to determine whether ADA applies • Update and assign cases requiring reasonable accommodation review • Research and resolve Tier 2 escalations, documenting and communicating outcomes • Calculate and submit paid time off payments for leave requests • Calculate and submit CVS Health Paid Parental Leave payments • Conduct colleague outreach calls at the start of leave requests and key intervals • Answer questions from colleagues, leaders, and other stakeholders about leave administration • Collaborate with the LOA Team to ensure compliance, achieve goals, and prioritize customers • Perform other leave-of-absence case management duties assigned by the Case Management Lead or myLeave team

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or office experience • High School Diploma or GED • FMLA, State Leaves, Disability, or HR experience preferred • Strong customer service commitment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills • Ability to maintain work in the strictest confidence • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong organizational and data entry skills with strict attention to detail • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads with minimal supervision • Ability to think strategically and creatively toward continuous operational improvement • Ability to follow through on problems to provide satisfactory customer resolution • Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines • Proficiency with MS Office Products • Regular and predictable attendance required • Minimum internet connection of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload required
