📋 Description

• Develop and deliver decision-support tools and insights for Retail Health leadership • Create and sustain analytics and reporting assets • Extract, analyze, and interpret contracting, utilization, financial, and clinical/quality data • Support nationwide payer contract negotiations, market penetration, conversion, and expansion strategies • Support value-based care initiatives and other quantitative analysis and reporting requirements • Discover and deploy solutions addressing business needs • Serve as a gatekeeper within cross-functional workflows with key internal stakeholders • Act as subject-matter expert for quantitative projects and qualitative workflows • Drive data ingestion, storage, and documentation protocols • Conduct data pre-screening and proactive risk mitigation • Coordinate and implement tasks across workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, strategy, analytics, economics, or related field • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based arrangements • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, tools and modeling • Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, SAS/SQL, and Microsoft Office • Ability to maintain complex financial models for contracting, budgeting, and forecasting • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quantitative needs and mitigate risk • Proven problem-solving skills, critical and independent thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment and produce timely, high-quality deliverables • Ability to build trusting stakeholder relationships and establish and sustain collaborative workstreams • Self-starter with agility and ability to pivot priorities in a dynamic environment • Master's degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: 6–8 years of experience in healthcare finance, strategy, analytics, economics, or related field • Preferred: Master's degree in healthcare administration, finance, economics, analytics, or related field • Experience with large datasets and creating relational databases from multiple sources • Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis • Knowledge of revenue cycle activities, including fee schedule configuration and billing, claims submission and processing, and denials and appeals
