📋 Description

• Prepare sales presentations and proposals • Conduct market research • Assist with sales forecasting and analysis • Oversee the entire proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission • Develop proposal strategies aligned with organizational goals and individual client needs • Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams • Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and applicable guidelines or regulations • Manage proposal budgets within defined constraints • Gather proposal information from sales, marketing, technical teams, and management • Develop and maintain proposal templates • Manage proposal content for accuracy, currency, and relevance • Conduct post-proposal analysis and identify areas for future improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision-making • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Preferred: 1–2 years of Public & Labor RFP work experience • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
