📋 Description

• Prepare sales presentations and proposals • Conduct market research • Assist with sales forecasting and analysis • Oversee the entire proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission • Develop proposal strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs • Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams • Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and applicable guidelines or regulations • Manage proposal budgets within defined constraints • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, and management to gather proposal information • Develop and maintain proposal templates • Manage proposal content for accuracy, currency, and relevance • Conduct post-proposal analysis and identify improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others skills • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
