📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple consulting engagements • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client projects • Serve as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders • Provide mentorship, training, coaching, and professional development for consulting staff • Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, RFPs, and project scoping • Monitor project health, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation plans • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance • Manage medium to large projects, including multi-product and complex integrations • Develop project management plans following Flexera’s best practices • Produce SOWs, PIDs, PMPs, and Technical Design Documents • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and payment milestones • Oversee cross-functional resources and third-party providers • Maintain stakeholder communication and provide status updates • Oversee project budgets, revenue forecasts, invoicing, and margin goals • Align project delivery with contractual obligations • Act as primary liaison with enterprise customers and handle escalations • Build trusted advisor relationships and identify collaboration opportunities • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities • Contribute domain expertise to scoping and proposal development • Lead and mentor project teams and address performance issues • Promote communication and knowledge sharing • Refine Flexera’s methodologies, tools, and knowledge repositories • Share lessons learned and implement improvements to tools and training programs • Maintain relevant certifications and deepen understanding of Flexera’s solutions and vision

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in management, focused on complex engagements • Consulting firm experience strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques • Familiarity with software asset management, IT infrastructure, and emerging cloud technologies • Expertise in Flexera products and delivery approaches • Advanced resource management and operations knowledge • Strategic project management and tactical execution skills • Customer experience management skills • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage senior-level customer and stakeholder relationships • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana • Proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Experience with cross-functional and global teams • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment • Strategic, hands-on, execution-driven mindset • Ability to maintain and enhance relevant certifications
