📋 Description

• Lead AI-augmented Quality Engineering solutions, including agentic test generation, self-healing frameworks, and AI-assisted defect analysis • Drive migration of automation frameworks and test data management to AWS-native services • Advance testing toward agent-orchestrated Quality Engineering across planning, execution, and triage • Translate Sales & Acquisition business processes into automation strategies and validation models • Design and implement automated SDLC pipelines for requirement-to-test generation, PR impact analysis, and validation workflows • Establish evaluation frameworks, quality gates, guardrails, and responsible AI governance for AI-generated test artifacts • Integrate LLM-based and AI-assisted tooling with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jira, and enterprise data systems • Drive adoption of UI, API, and data-validation automation frameworks, focusing on API coverage and React testing • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs • Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QE teams on scalable and compliant solutions • Establish standards, governance models, reusable automation assets, prompt libraries, and automation accelerators • Monitor automation coverage, defect leakage, cycle time, and delivery efficiency • Communicate automation strategy and AI-driven quality initiatives to technical and business stakeholders • Stay current with automation technologies, AI/agent-based workflows, and enterprise automation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical disciplines • 2+ years of experience leading automation strategy and/or managing engineering teams • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python • Experience building and integrating APIs and distributed systems • Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, RestAssured, or Karate • Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress • Experience testing React-based applications, including component-level and end-to-end UI testing • Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools • Familiarity with Jira for workflow, defect tracking, and reporting • Ability to work East Coast business hours • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent technical training or relevant professional experience • Preferred: Healthcare, Medicare, or Sales & Acquisition domain experience • Preferred: Exposure to AI-driven SDLC or agent-based automation frameworks • Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, or intelligent test optimization • Preferred: Experience with AWS-native services such as Bedrock, Lambda, or Step Functions in test automation or CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI • Preferred: Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements
