📋 Description

• Design and implement data pipelines powering analytical capabilities • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Create datasets for analytic and data science workloads • Model the Core Data Domain to support access patterns and use cases • Develop and optimize data models and schemas for analytics, reporting, and machine learning • Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large datasets • Implement performance tuning, partitioning, and clustering to optimize queries and reduce costs • Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance frameworks, and security policies • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on data solutions integrating with BI tools and machine learning models • Create documentation for pipelines, workflows, and processes • Share best practices and mentor junior data engineers • Design and architect data infrastructure for analytical workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing complex queries • Experience with Python, specifically ETL pipelines • Experience deploying data pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of data governance best practices in a cloud environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product owners • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification • Experience with machine learning flows on GCP preferred • Experience working with healthcare data preferred (Tuva or OMOP Models a plus)
