📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities while evaluating new frameworks, features, and industry best practices • Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic development tools while maintaining clear requirements, modular design, observability, maintainability, and code quality • Evolve Identity Governance capabilities including certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties • Enhance existing functionality, improve performance and scalability, and deliver incremental enterprise identity governance features • Partner with Support and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, improve product reliability, and deliver positive customer experiences • Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security across multiple platforms • Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams to implement secure AI solutions using authentication, authorization, and least-privilege principles • Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance for AI agents • Evaluate emerging AI agent platforms, interoperability standards such as MCP and Agent-to-Agent communication, and governance technologies • Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices for AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of experience in data engineering related software engineering roles • Hands-on experience in data ingestion, data preparation, data processing, and scalable data pipelines • Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink • Strong understanding of data modeling and designing scalable data solutions • Extensive experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch • Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions • Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management concepts • Good understanding of distributed data systems and data integration patterns • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Exposure to Identity Governance (IGA) concepts • Experience building MCP servers and AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LlamaIndex • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience building enterprise-scale distributed systems • Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
