📋 Description

• Lead deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities supporting electronic exchange of clinical data • Enable and accelerate compliance with federal regulations • Partner with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs • Shape business and go-to-market strategies • Work with vendor and DDAT partners to deliver technical enablement across multiple EHR platforms • Collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams • Build business cases • Collaborate with DDAT Product Owners in PI planning and execution • Drive DDAT prioritization • Identify gaps and recommend product, service, and workflow enhancements • Track and report spending and value metrics • Address workflow processes and interdependencies across enterprise business segments • Influence change to improve performance, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality, and services • Help identify solutions to issues affecting program or project plans • Support evolving Interoperability needs and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager managing complex projects • Executive presentation skills • Experience creating executive PowerPoint Presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Excel • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required • Medicare, Medicaid or Individual Health Plan experience (preferred) • Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements for government business (preferred) • Process mapping and discovery experience (preferred) • Project Management Professional (preferred)
