📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product within the Utilization Management value stream • Translate business, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs into product requirements and delivery priorities • Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams to align priorities, scope, and outcomes • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements • Support platform capabilities across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid • Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies, risks, and impacts across teams, products, and workflows • Support development and refinement of the product roadmap • Define, monitor, and communicate product, delivery, and outcome metrics • Support implementation planning, readiness, and communication for new capabilities • Contribute to cross-product coordination and value stream planning for the Utilization Management strategy • Manage risks, define success measures, support prioritization decisions, and communicate progress • Operate independently and influence across organizational boundaries while connecting strategic intent with technical execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Adept at business intelligence • Prior working experience in an agile environment • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary product teams • Comfortable and confident leading team discussions • Fact-based problem solver able to proactively identify and address potential issues, evaluate alternatives, and make sound management decisions • Strong critical-thinking and balanced decision-making skills • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members • Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
