📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists and data engineers • Develop and enhance a healthcare cost estimation tool for Aetna members • Create tools that simplify understanding healthcare costs and benefits • Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as genAI • Empower members to make informed healthcare decisions and improve health outcomes • Anticipate and prevent roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle • Drive project resolution and mitigation • Present complex ideas to various audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management • Proven experience developing and deploying ML- or AI-based products in a production environment • Ability to anticipate and prevent roadblocks throughout a project lifecycle and drive resolution or mitigation • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Passion for improving healthcare access and affordability • Expertise in statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and time series analysis • Strong data mining skills in SQL and/or Python • Experience with healthcare data, including claims, provider, and clinical data • Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Composer • Knowledge of healthcare economics and reimbursement methodologies • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • CSPO and/or SAFe certifications listed as qualifications • Master's degree or MBA preferred
