📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs • Ensure successful implementation, annual go-live readiness, year-over-year delivery, and operational effectiveness • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, mitigation strategies, performance metrics, and resource engagement • Document business and eligibility requirements, member journeys, operational workflows, and benefit crosswalks • Lead regular project and implementation meetings across internal departments and external partners • Provide leadership and stakeholder updates, performance metrics, issue resolution, and milestone accountability • Partner with internal and vendor teams to develop program requirements aligned with benefit intent, design, and member experience • Monitor program performance, member access, and utilization; identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities • Resolve operational issues involving eligibility, vendor processes, benefit configuration, and member experience • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, filed benefit intent, and internal policies; support audits, attestations, and regulatory inquiries • Serve as subject matter expert across multiple programs and competing deadlines • Foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork • Support bid-related activities including strategic discussions, benefit data entry, validation, change tracking, and quality assurance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience • 5+ years working with Medicare Advantage, including supplemental benefits and regulations • Experience managing projects and implementations • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving collaboration and teamwork • Experience with execution and delivery, including problem solving, decision making, and verbal and written communication • Experience with project/program management, including creating and maintaining project plans • Experience managing competing priorities in a matrixed environment • Experience working with vendors and external business partners • Experience in a highly organized and detail-oriented role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
