📋 Description

• Lead development of pricing strategies aligned with CVS Caremark’s business objectives and market positioning • Identify innovative pricing approaches to enhance profitability and competitiveness • Collaborate with the underwriting team to develop and integrate pricing strategies • Analyze market trends and opportunities for differentiation with business partners • Leverage data analytics to assess pricing strategy effectiveness and recommend adjustments • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate pricing initiatives • Develop and implement new pricing models for CVS Caremark and its clients • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across teams • Present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders • Build relationships with internal partners • Ensure pricing strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards • Monitor regulatory landscape changes affecting pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related field • Preferably experience within the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive business growth • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent specialized training/relevant professional experience • MBA or advanced degree preferred
