📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end application development, including production deployment, operationalization, and observability • Plan, prioritize, and perform assigned tasks within deadlines • Collaborate with other Engineers • Design systems meeting non-functional requirements for SLAs, latency, real-time/near-real-time processing, and multithreading • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Technical Lead and Developer) • Strong proficiency in mid-range operating systems (Linux, AIX) • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (SLAs, latency, real-time/near-real-time processing, multithreading) • 5+ years of full-stack development experience • 5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling Transformation Extender • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Git • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience)
