📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions for complex business and customer challenges • Integrate LLMs, generative AI capabilities, and AI agents into enterprise products and platforms • Design and define technical architecture and infrastructure for application solutions • Develop and maintain AI platforms supporting model training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management • Optimize inference performance, reliability, scalability, and operational costs • Implement observability, telemetry, and performance measurement for AI systems • Enable secure and responsible AI deployment through governance controls and compliance frameworks • Write code, develop software components, and implement complex functionalities • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders on architectural decisions, design patterns, scalability, performance, and maintainability • Integrate software components and systems for seamless communication and interoperability • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting • Explore tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve application solutions and drive innovation • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and code documentation • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to support knowledge transfer and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ work experience • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Experience designing and delivering large-scale engineering projects with significant organizational impact • Experience with technical reviews, design discussions, and strategic technology decisions • Experience mentoring engineers and providing guidance on AI engineering, software architecture, and technical problem-solving • Ability to translate customer requirements and business objectives into scalable technical solutions • Deep fluency in Python; familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and/or Pandas • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes • Exposure to cloud platforms and technologies such as Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, and/or CloudWatch • Experience with source control such as GitHub or Azure Repo • SQL • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; one year of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of college not completed, in addition to the required years of experience
