📋 Description

• Design, develop, and continuously enhance enterprise-scale Provider Applications at Aetna • Drive technical solutions for complex business problems • Ensure application stability • Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner • Provide hands-on engineering expertise, technical leadership, and delivery ownership • Oversee vendor and contractor teams • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture • Deliver high-impact solutions that improve provider data systems and operational efficiency • Plan, track execution, and manage delivery for projects and programs • Contribute to large-scale application development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience with Salesforce, Python or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • 2+ years of experience leading or contributing to large-scale application development initiatives • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments • Proven experience in project/program management, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery management • Strong problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous technical challenges • Strong knowledge and familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools • Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills • Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Prior exposure to provider data systems, healthcare platforms, or payer environments • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2 years of experience may substitute for 1 year of formal education
