📋 Description

• Design, develop, and continuously enhance enterprise-scale Provider Applications for Aetna • Drive technical solutions for complex business problems • Ensure application stability • Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner • Apply hands-on engineering expertise and technical leadership • Own delivery of high-impact solutions that improve provider data systems and operational efficiency • Oversee vendor and contractor teams • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience with Appian Development, Java, Python and GCP • 2+ years of experience leading or contributing to large-scale application development initiatives • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments • Proven experience in project/program management, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery management • Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Prior exposure to provider data systems, healthcare platforms, or payer environments • Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
