📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources • Manage and support enterprise database environments and data warehouses • Tune SQL code and database performance to improve execution speed and scalability • Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting reporting, analytics, operational systems, and machine learning initiatives • Profile, cleanse, validate, and reconcile large volumes of data • Design data models and database structures supporting current and future business needs • Monitor data quality and implement controls ensuring accuracy and integrity • Troubleshoot production data issues and perform root cause analysis • Document database designs, data flows, and technical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment • Strong expertise with relational database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar technologies • Experience working with large, complex datasets and optimizing data performance at scale • Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and dimensional data modeling • Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, and flat files • Ideal candidate located in the Eastern or Central time zone • This remote role does provide sponsorship
