📋 Description

• Build next-generation digital platforms that promote delivery of use cases into products helping people live healthier lives • Create proofs of concept to improve projects addressing customer challenges • Serve as a technical lead and individual contributor • Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Assess technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines • Coordinate with team members, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision-making • Adopt best practices, technologies, and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality • Participate in code reviews, tech talks, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing activities • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality with developers and team members • Provide expert support for complex issues and perform root-cause analysis • Identify digital ecosystem system gaps and provide performance-enhancing solutions • Guide and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment • 5+ years of Java development experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies • 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs • 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment • 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Health and wellness domain experience preferred • Hands-on full-stack development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and modern databases such as NoSQL preferred • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, including NLP, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots preferred • Hands-on experience developing user-facing features and/or applications preferred • Ability to create and execute scalable roadmaps preferred • Ability to learn and work with emerging cloud and IT technologies, methodologies, and solutions preferred • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and build relationships preferred
