📋 Description

• Personally lead the first phase of professional services scaling • Design and document global SOPs, methodologies, and delivery frameworks • Create off-the-shelf service packages connecting product features to business outcomes • Serve as executive face for enterprise clients • Negotiate service-level agreements and advise CISOs on global recovery strategies • Own the Professional Services P&L globally • Optimize margins and utilization • Build technical service infrastructure for complex, regulated, and emerging markets • Lead recovery projects and develop global hiring plans

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically within Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data Resilience • Deep familiarity with Veeam-powered ecosystems, immutable storage, and BaaS/DRaaS/MDR • Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams across North America, EMEA, and APJ • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required • MBA or advanced security certifications (CISSP, CISM) highly preferred
