• Identify and pursue end-user opportunities • Drive interest and enablement with existing channel partners and identify/onboard new partners • Recruit, hire, and develop enterprise security and networking software sales teams, including Account Executives and Enterprise Systems Engineers • Lead the Key Accounts team to exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives • Increase senior executive relationships with C-level executives in Key Accounts • Collaborate with Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success • Structure, pursue, and win large, complex, multi-product platform deals • Execute account, territory, and opportunity planning; sales methodology execution; forecasting; and professional development • Coach solution-based sales processes across Global 2000 accounts • Expand Cyberhaven's platform footprint across DLP, Insider Risk, Data Detection & Response, and AI data security • Develop executive-level channel partner relationships • Plan and coach prospecting campaigns to maintain pipeline relative to quota • Maintain a 180-day rolling forecast and manage pipeline 6–12 months out • Lead and coach evaluation programs and proofs of concept • Understand the competitive landscape and business climate in the region • Continually self-teach emerging technologies • Lead regional sales strategy and expand Cyberhaven's market reach
• 10+ years of experience selling cybersecurity software (DLP, IRM, CASB, or adjacent data security categories) • Experience selling a multi-product security platform and executing land-and-expand strategies • Track record of exceeding sales objectives while leading enterprise security and networking sales teams • Experience winning new business and driving growth in Global 2000 accounts • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, including second-line management • Experience leading strategic software, preferably Key Account SaaS, teams • Demonstrated competence engaging and developing relationships with C-level executives • Demonstrated sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Strategic Selling • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Located in Atlanta or Florida • Expertise in SaaS and cloud selling economics
