📋 Description

• Support the divisional sales organization in growing Light Commercial, RAQA, Multi-Family, VRV, and select large custom home projects • Provide product selection and quoting services to divisional sales groups • Manage projects from inception to completion and coordinate all involved parties • Provide current project and product information to customers, sales teams, and branch teams • Prepare projects for closing through final review, documentation in CRM, and stakeholder communication • Coordinate accurate, compliant submittals and communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams • Coordinate support from Customer TSMs, Sales Leadership, Technical Support Managers, Credit Department, and other personnel • Track project opportunities, information, timing, deliveries, training, and startup assistance in Salesforce • Prepare submittals, respond to rejections, revise and resubmit documents, and upload approved submittals into Salesforce • Prepare cost estimates by analyzing proposals and project requirements • Assess equipment needs and system requirements with customers, TSMs, and Application Specialists • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs • Recommend improved products or equipment to reduce costs or increase efficiency • Comply with company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations • Perform additional projects and duties supporting ongoing business needs • Report to the Manager, Middle Market Team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of industry or related industry experience • HVAC certification and technical application expertise • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience • Product selection and quoting knowledge • Project management skills • Customer service and relationship management skills • Problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Clear, professional written, verbal, phone, email, and text communication • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive needs and prioritize projects • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment • Ability to adapt quickly to change • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies/procedures • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Ability to lift 20 lbs. infrequently • Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
