📋 Description

• Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development • Follow up on sales leads by calling, emailing, or meeting with contractors • Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects, including visits during installation to provide guidance and assistance • Cold call potential new customers and build business relationships • Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements • Complete quotes for equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects • Communicate regularly with inside and outside customers • Perform all other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry • 5 years or more working in sales • Background using Microsoft 365 Suite • Clear communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically • Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work as a team player and help others • Strong work ethic • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law • Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing
