📋 Description

• Manage relationships with existing partners and build additional partnerships • Track sell-through • Ensure displays are fully stocked • Manage reorders • Build a pipeline ranging from major retail chains to individual hairdressers • Take an operational view of fulfillment, processes, and logistics and keep them running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in retail/FMCG sales or key account management • Ideally, experience in drugstore retail or beauty • Understanding of sell-through, listing mechanics, and commercial terms • Ability to manage relationships and numbers equally well • Hands-on and structured approach to work • Startup mindset and willingness to build processes • Passion for scaling a brand
